Career Dynamics Network provides innovative and community-based vocational services, customized to individual needs. As an Employment Supports service provider for the Ontario Disability Support Program, we offer a wide range of comprehensive and specialized services, including the following:

Employment Planning and Assessments:

• Identifying a competitive Employment Goal
• Labour Market Research, Career Exploration, Vocational Assessment
• Assistance with completing the ODSP Employment Action Plan

Vocational Life Skills Training:

• Soft Skills Development - interpersonal and coping skills for the workplace
• Self-Advocacy Training - employee rights and job accommodations

Work Experiences:

• Job Trials to test out abilities and interests for various jobs
• Work Adjustment Training programs to develop competitive work skills

Job Placement Services:

• Assistance with securing paid employment
• Resume writing and interview skills
• Work experiences and placement opportunities

Job Coaching and Job Maintenance:

• Support with learning job duties and improving work performance
• Assistance with maintaining competitive employment
