1. ODSP Employment Supports Services

Assistance for persons with disabilities in areas of employment preparation, job search and job retention.

Services include: Employment Planning, Vocational Assessment, Remediation and Vocational Life Skills, Work Adjustment Training, Job Trials, Job Placement, Job Coaching, Job Maintenance and Supports Coordination. Services are also available for Deaf clients in American Sign Language (ASL) under Accessibility and Accommodation Services.

2. Vocational Rehabilitation Services

Services for injured workers who are returning to the workforce. Services include: Job Search Training Programs, Vocational Testing, Labour Market Surveys, Job Coaching, Job Trials and Job Placement. Funded by: Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Ministry of Labour; Canada Pension Plan (CPP); Private Insurance.

3. Accessibility & Accommodation Services

Consulting and vocational services for organizations and individuals, specializing in establishing equal opportunity and accessibility for customers, job seekers and employees with existing or acquired disabilities. Services for employers include: Accessibility Planning and Job Accommodation Assessments. Services for individuals include: ASL Accessible Services (Employment Supports and Vocational Services in American Sign Language), Training Accommodation Assessments and Employment Accommodation Assessments.
